Grace Estates by Lakeside offers Senior Apartments and Assisted Living programs. We have an active and vibrant efficiency apartment living environment to individuals 62 and better.

Grace is directly across from Five Island Lake and Golf Course. We provide endless opportunities to engage with family and friends, explore old passions and discover new ones, contribute your talents and experience, continue to learn, grow & be active.

If and when you need it, we offer supportive services to help you stay active, engaged and purposeful in your life. If you transition into our Assisted Living program we will provide a little help with the activities of daily living, and we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to those who are recuperating from surgery, illness or hospitalization. Our nursing home offers skilled nursing with great support and 24/7 health care should you ever need it. Even our memory care services help our residents continue to live lives of meaning and purpose, with dignity and individuality.

Many residents have moved up through the various levels of care here, and by the time they need 24-hour skilled nursing, they already have a whole group of friends who are able to visit and show support. We would love to welcome you to the family!
