Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of IA
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of Dementia care, Working with people with developmental disabilities, Discharge planning, Admissions process
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

​Medication Manager is responsible for overseeing the medication management within the assisted living facility.  Assisting with daily living activities and ensure that each resident's care plan is executed with compassion and respect. Certification as a medication manager or equivalent training in medication administration within an assisted living or healthcare setting.  Maintain accurate medication records.

Part-Time & PRN  $13.00-$14.00/Hr.

​Housekeeping Assistant is responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or the Housekeeping Supervisor, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
