In honor of a new year and the need for some fun and light hearted news, we thought we would share with you our new brand!
In July of 1968, Lakeside Lutheran Home admitted the first 5 residents into our care as a long term care provider. Lakeside was dreamt of and brought to fruition by many partnering Lutheran churches with this Mission: As witnesses to God’s love and because all people are children of God, the Mission of Lakeside is to enhance the dignity of all dimensions of Life.
Since 1968 the needs of our skilled nursing facility, our residents, and our families have grown. To meet these needs, we added an Assisted Living/Independent living for older adults that we call Grace Estates by Lakeside.
To bring our history and growth under one umbrella, Lakeside has grown into a Senior Life Community and we couldn’t be more excited! So today, we are going to share our new brand identity with you!
Our Logo: The arch/sun over the Lakeside name reflecting in the water below.
The Arch represents support and bearing weight.
Water symbolizes dynamism, fluidity, purification, stability, and change, with the whole logo being a Circle which symbolizes unity and strength.
The Color Brown represents a reliable, rooted and honest business. It emits a warm and earthy feeling knowing that we are approachable and trustworthy, along with wholesome, seriousness, warmth, longevity, conservative, reliability, and support.
The Color Orange exudes warmth and joy and is considered a fun color that provides emotional strength. It is optimistic and uplifting, which is a daily goal at Lakeside. We always want to find the good in each and every day.
Our Mission: As stated above, stands true to this day. We continue to actively incorporate this belief into all aspects of daily care provision to enhance the dignity of all dimensions of Life.
Our Services: Our new name reflects a deeper level of services. In addition to skilled nursing home care, we’ve added assisted living and independent living for older adults.
Our Website: www.lakesideseniorcare, reflects who we are and the people we serve with a promise to help people live their best lives, regardless of their circumstances.
Our Stamp: LOVE. Because that’s what Jesus is all about.
